The Lifestyle Studios WellBeing
(TLS wellbeing) we believe in BIO Individuality, in other words, we are all unique with different health, fitness & nutritional needs.

“What is one man’s poison is another man’s medicine”

Each individual needs to be assessed to determine what will work best for them.

For example, those with excessive stress / fatigued levels may not benefit from high volume training or cardio-based exercise. It may actually worsen their health. So looking at a more weight-based, steady-state approach.
The same with food no one style fits all – Paleo, Keto, Vegan, Vegetarian, IIFYM etc..

One of the unique differences at TLS is that we have the knowledge and tools to take a holistic approach from Movement, Strength, Sleep Management, Stress Management, Flexibility, Pliability, Sports Therapy to Nutrition.

Our Story

After playing professional NRL in Australia & Rugby League in the UK, Brendan was keen to use his fitness skills and knowledge to pass on to others. After retiring in 2003 and returning back to his home Sydney Australia he trained to become a personal trainer, spending most of his days coaching clients on Bondi Beach.

With a move back to the UK in 2007, Brendan had worked as a freelance PT in other Gyms but wanted to be able to offer his clients a more bespoke/ individual service.

We wanted a space that was unique to us and was kitted out to our style. In an environment that brings nature with nurture and a little bit of our community history to life.

The Lifestyle Studios (TLS) was born in September 2013.
