This is our yearly package for total wellbeing. We understand that you lead a busy life and sometimes it’s just the headspace that you need. Our yearly packages tend to

    • Initial Consultation – Fitness Testing, Body Metrix ultrasound scan, Body fat, Lean Muscle Mass, Hydration. Blood pressure, Health screening questionnaire and Goal Setting.
    • 3 Personal Training Sessions per week
    • Open gym access
    • Monthly Body scan and Health check-in
    • Quarterly goal settings/challenges to suit own goals.
    • Online Training programmes
    • Health Coaching – Nutrition – sleep assessment – stress management – lifestyle coaching monthly.
    • Recipe books
    • App for Support and tracking results.
