There is lots of evidence of the benefits of starting training at a young age and how it can have a fantastic effect on physical development, confidence, and sporting success.
Coach Ross has a great amount of experience in coaching youngsters, be it for sports specifics or to just encourage them off the computers and engage in some physical activity.
Sessions will be based around building strong foundations, agility, and working on different motor skills. We aim to deliver the sessions to build the confidence of your child, make the sessions fun and all delivered in a safe environment.
The sessions are in blocks of 6 the first block starting Friday 10th Jan
