Please bring with you a towel and water to the classes.
If you are new to classes then you will need to complete a health screening questionnaire prior to starting this can be done at the studio by arriving ten minutes earlier to class or complete online below:

  • Rise & Shine BootcampOur Bootcamp class will incorporate conditioning and traditional Bootcamp-style exercises. Bootcamp classes are suited to all fitness levels – from the unfit to the athlete. Fat burning and strength building interval training that is always varied will make sure you’re never bored, always challenged and moving towards your goals in a supportive environment.   with Brendan O'Meara

    I am a qualified personal trainer and class instructor. My background is in professional sport. I currently play professional Rugby League for the Huddersfield Giants Academy team. My sporting background has given me dedication and a passion for training and multiple disciplines in strength & conditioning to primal movement/flexibility coaching. "I get a real buzz from training people, be it youngsters who need more coaching ad skills work for sport out or in school, to those wanting to gain more strength pliability and better movement." I have clients from aged 11 to into their 60's, each session so varied yet so rewarding.

  • Box FhiitA complete body workout. Allowing you to develop superior upper body strength, quickness and agility, cardiovascular fitness, and improved posture all at the same time, our boxing class is suitable for all fitness levels. Our classes focus on specific techniques and drills. For those that don't want to don the boxing gloves and pads you can use our Punchbox machine to achieve still a great overall workout. Boxing is also a great form of stress relief. You’ll get an intense workout and improve your core strength all at the same time.   with Brendan O'Meara
